Girlfriend Loses Engagement Ring at Beach Proposal

It was a perfect proposal for Katie Nicholson. The 24-year-old fitness influencer said yes to her boyfriend of three years, Steve Frank. They celebrated with a playful dip in the ocean. However, her engagement ring was lost in the sea after the celebration. Twenty minutes into their search, a stranger appeared out of nowhere with their ring in his hand.
