Dialing in the Holley - changed accelerator nozzle from a 31 to 35

I also re-adjusted the pump shot plunger. The slack was already out of it but it seems if I put just a tiny bit of load on the plunger arm it made all the difference. I’ll try a few nozzles sizes bigger just to see but the car has never driven better!!
