Today I wanted to show both a lab grown and natural diamond engagement ring from James Allen next to one another. As you can see from the video they both look amazing and it's very difficult to really see any differences between the two.

When choosing a lab grown diamond or a natural diamond it's really up to you to decide what YOU like. No one can tell you that one is better than the other. If you love the idea of a natural diamond then get one! If you like the idea of getting a lab diamond for less money or getting a larger lab diamond for the same price as a natural then go for it! It's all about getting the diamond ring you like.

I hope this video was helpful for you all and if it did help you out please smash that like button. Thank you and good luck with your ring shopping.

Great video! I sell both lab and natural diamonds and for the majority of my customers price is king. For every 1 natural stone that I sell, I sell 10 labs.

I chose a James Allen lab grown engagement ring and could not be happier! Guys, if your fiancé demands a way more expensive mined diamond .. you might want to reconsider your upcoming wedding.

The diamond with the four prong setting has much better clarity, the six prong looks a bit cloudy.

The lab grown diamond shines so much better than the natural to my eye. Comparing an H to F isn’t a fair comparison but the I can see some yellow in the H diamond and it’s also cloudy compared to the F diamond. I would pick and say that the F color diamond is far better each time.

I thought the right was natural… it sparkles more to me and it does look a little clearer

I can tell right off the bat with the depth of the shine in the middle

Great Video! Another plus with buying a lab diamond with James Allen is they don’t enhance the color or clarity like some other companies so the won’t slip in color over time or have fissures filled in causing them to possibly crack. De Beers is gearing up to make lab diamonds. People are realizing that lab diamonds are REAL diamonds with the same physical, optical and chemical qualities of a natural. Jewelers can’t tell them apart unless they look up the serial number.

Thank you for this clip. The cut quality seems to be similar and what I like as well is, that you change the positions.... there is no visual difference between the two diamonds.

Lab grown are the same and it’s not killing someone to mine it.
It’s crazy to think how good they see getting with lab grown so quickly. Soon diamonds won’t be the engagment ring norm and diamonds will be in more things!

Lol it's because they're basically chemically the same. The difference is the origin 🙃

Love the 6 prongs! I'm sooo happy with them. They look more classy to me.

Id rather Save 5k on a lab grown diamond go on holiday or something. Who buys a diamond to resell it? And even when you do youll be loosing 3k anyway.

Lab diamonds also are child labor and environmental (kinda) friendly. I’m sure anyone would appreciate that more then cost alone.
