I wish you every success, loads of benefits in development but the risks can be high. People need to make sure they are educated before taking the step. A recent high profile example is Kirk Norcross dad off towie taking his life as his development ran into difficulties (*not anything to do with Samuel)

Funny we are getting into development at the same time, I aso decided to pivot into development earlier this year. Way higher proft margins, especially direct to vendor.

Numbers dont matter. As long you and your family get by. Being rich is ok if you spend it but what do you need? Ive got houses and they make my early retirement more bearable but i dont look at the high numbers i look at coping with what i have got.
