I only get rash when it's humid hot and not when it is dry hot. I absolutely hate it. It's not itchy or hurtful but so discomfortable and nothing has helped me.

As a fitness instructor it’s really hard to remove myself from the environment. When I have multiple classes in a row and can’t shower or cool down for a while. Avoiding it is not an option. I swear under my arms sooo much and I literally can’t stop it. Was looking for actual treatments bc it 100% will happen, especially in the summer time

Something I never hear about is Fordyce on the lips. I have chronic dry lips year round yet get these like crazy on my lips whenever I use lip balms or chap stick. I didn’t know if you had a video on that yet. Love every video you put out and always look forward to new content. I share your channel with everyone I know who’s ever dealt with skin issues. Yes! Thank you for this video! I used to get awful, awful miliaria on my face when I lived in the tropics and it was horrible! The doctors I saw didn't really have any treatment options for me at the time and I was so miserable. I had a combination of miliaria rubra and miliaria crystallina on my face, which I then scratched or wiped with grimy hands and got infected. All I remember now is the constant cycle of sweating, itching, and burning pain whenever the area got wet. My heart breaks whenever I hear of babies getting it because they're too little to do anything but cry, poor things! Thanks for the tips!

I live in Australia and currently dealing with heat rash:( they are behind my neck, ears, behind my legs between my thighs and arms and behind my knees and they are so itchy 😫😫 I was so thrilled when I discovered you covered this topic as some of the videos on YouTube here recommendation putting apple cider vinegar on the skin to make rash go away 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I work in a metal shop and get heat rash every summer. Problem is getting it to heal while going into work six days a week.

I was subject to bedrest at a skilled nursing facility after surgery, laying on my back (only) in the heat along with blood thinner shots that made my whole body sweat. What a pain that was! My treatment nurse had the solution for my back heat trash - hand sanitizer and then lotion on top of it. The sanitizer clears bacteria and dries the area. Followed immediately by the lotion. I was skeptical but, hey, it worked quite well!

So I think I’ve had this for about 6 years after getting back from a deployment.
I think I’ve finally found what it is! Life was terrible, couldn’t sleep without drinking alcohol to put me to sleep on most nights.
I’ve found my “attention” medication actually calms it as well for some reason.

When it gets very hot! My arms and around my neck break out in rash! The rash is on my fore arms and neck! Itches like crazy! I can't be out in the heat period! Its terrible!
