New video shows Colorado club shooting suspect Anderson Lee Aldrich's encounter with deputy sheriffs. His mother reportedly called the cops after she says he threatened her with a homemade bomb. After a two-hour standoff with police, Aldrich was charged with felony menacing and first-degree kidnapping but the charges were later dropped. The suspect's grandfather is also outgoing California State Representative and MAGA supporter Randy Voepel.

Whoever let him walk, needs to face some time inside to rethink his decisions.

And completely uncharged after all of that. It's obvious that someone pulled some strings for him.

I bet if he was black or muslim, charges would have never been dropped and he would still be in jail as of now

And to think I was handcuffed to a bench in police station for 12 hours because they searched my car and found a single unpaid parking ticket when I was 17. Moral of the story, I grew up and changed my driving habits. This guy would've matured real fast in jail or never got out.

I hope those who lost their loved ones pursue justice knowing once again, this could've been avoided had he been locked up!

This happened in my hometown, so close to me. This shouldn’t have happened.

so much stupidity and incompetence to drop those charges

This appears to be a prime example of a failed judicial system, at least in Colorado. I understand from the DA's briefing today that the suspect's case last year was dismissed and "sealed", not to be disclosed to the public, and perhaps even for a gun licensing background check. I hope the victim's families take this failure to the supreme court for a serious policy/law change for THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES.

His own mother called the police... I cannot believe they were dropped even with video evidence. Laws need to change because whoever is responsible for getting him out of trouble needs to be in prison themselves. Obviously strings were pulled.
