I am a truck driver from Atlanta Georgia and have been to Lewiston ME several times in past few years and I consider it to be a great place with beautiful people, one of the most peaceful places in the world
Anyone who tried to cause unrest here must be arrested and brought to justice

So sorry for all the victims of this senseless violence. As a news station you guys at NBC should not be spreading unsubstantiated speculations. If there is no evidence that this was connected in any way to tensions in the Middle East don't say, "This could be connected to tensions in the Middle East but we don't know & there is no evidence it is", it's just a red herring that distracts from the real life tragedy happening in Maine, innocent people got shot in the US

People immediately blame guns, it’s really the failing family structure. A man once said, “there once was planted tree too close to a valuable historical house, and one day a storm took it down. The big tree destroyed the home and caused great suffering . One does not entirely blame the tree for existing and falling, but the man who planted the tree in a certain path for destruction” .
