Yes but it is also fun to buy the plainest guppies you can find, and breed the nicest ones over and over. Eventually, you'll have the prettiest fish to sell back to the store and fund other purchases, and it is fun watching them change over time. 😊

When theorizing a completely sustainable food system, I figured aquaponics, and the missing piece would be the plant that the fish would eat, and that turned out to be duckweed. The smallest flowering plant, duckweed, has also been known to clear waterways of toxins, and even heavy metals too. Great work.
