Altough Hungary suffered a devastating loss durning the mongol invasion, they later actually defeated the mongols in a fierce battle.
During the Second Mongol Invasion, 1285, the new khan of the Golden Horde Talabuga and Nogai tatar warlord invaded the Kingdom of Hungary, with a strong army (I couldn't and won't tell any numbers, bc many historians are saying different datas, it ranges around 11k to even 200k, so I think its somewhere inbetween).
The mongol army split in two and - just as before in 1241-42 - invaded the country on 2 sides. They raided Transylvania and the mountainious areas, and they even reached Pest. But they suffered a defeat from the royal army, combined with the forces of many Hungarian noblemen.
The retreating Mongol army also suffered heavy losses from székelys, vlachs and saxons in Transylvania.
The Mongols however, had left with slaves and rich.

We also participated in the Polish - Mongol wars, without a big impact. In 1287, some Hungarian noblemen helped at Stary Saçz, to defend the city and repell the attackers.

Poland and Hungary didnt beat them, Batu Khan originally had plans for Europe but after the death of Ogedai, he lost interest as it was costly and in there eyes, just not worth the hassle.

So Poland and Hungary didn't defeat it. It's like saying Austrians defeated ottomans in the first "siege" Of Vienna where Suleiman retreated not because of defeat but because he came for a battle (which Germans were scared from) not a siege.
You forgot Khwarazmians (Iran or Turkmenistan you may call), Jalaluddin defeated one of his commanders and had the potential of defeating cenghiz had he not made a crucial mistake.

However, he left a small army of 10, 000 in the Middle East, and the Mamluks defeated them. Most importantly, the Mongols were defeated strategically at first because the crusaders(Allied with Mongols) betrayed the Mongols. Then, the Mongol Empire had no problem conquering the Mamluks. The reason why it was not conquered was because the Mongol Berkhe Khan was a Muslim, so he forgave the Mamluks
