French, Greek, Turkish are locals as well. People from Rhodes, Santorini, Crete etc are locals as well. Sorry i don't share your view. I speak and write in Greek, my customs are Greek, my religion is the same as the Greek. I am not just a local i am Greek. Have a nice day anyway.

Yes, Greece has the same national anthem with Cyprus

That is what actually defines a nation. That's how Greece was unified after the battle of Marathon and the Thermopylae. Until then they were fighting each other and they were split into the states of Athens, Sparta, Corynth etc. Anyway our discussion is pointless though i put an end here.

Cyprus is Greek forever, forget the rest!

Britain is British because its people are british by majority. France is French because its majority are French since ancient times... really can't understand how you can't see this

I don't think there would be any point in a conversation between us. Why start it then?

What I am going to accept and believe, is my own business. I don't care about what foreigners who have no relation to Cyprus think, or about countries who crave for the Cypriot land due to political interests.

First, i didn't mislead i said that AFTER the invasion and the war, Turks from Ankara were sent to Cyprus to increase the turkish population of the North. Secondly, you have no reason to be scared of. Greek cypriots can get on well with turkish cypriots. It's the Turks that bother us. And lastly, the island's identity IS Greek. What you said is irrelevant. Greece is Greek because Greek majorities occupy it. Same happens with Turkey, Britain (which has a lot of minorities), Germany and so on

And yes i know what nationalism is. I love my nation but NOT in an extreme level, which would therefore give me the title of nationalist and thus it doesn't make me one.

Well, I don't. If you wish to fight, go find a wrestler.

I am not a nationalist. My logic is pretty much clear. Yes if majority was the other way round then Turkey would have been the ruler but it is not right? Obama is an american. He was an African american but his identity is now American (not African) that's why. And what do you mean by saying '' If majorities ruled a country..''? Isn't it what happens today? A nation is called after the identity of its majority. This is what happens. What is it that you find it hard to understand?

this anthem and flag represent only south part of island

And this is what happens to Cyprus. With 82% of its populations having being Greek it is a Greek island. We do recognise the 18% of the turkish cypriot minorities but that doesn;t make the island both Greek and turkish it is only Greek. Is it so hard to understand? If we follow your way of thinking then there would be no nations as there are lots of minorities everywhere. So nations would not exist as a whole rather, there would only exist mixtures of nations.
