I will not eat anything that has natural flavors. A lot of times, it's MSG.

Natural flavor stands for MSG! If it does not clearly spell the type of flavor like peppermint or vanilla.

It can be anything & are not likely to be Natural!! I don't buy anything that says "NATURAL FLAVKORS" Why would you say they are just what they say

I have the impression that " natural flavor" is a cover up, it's the more " natural " version of MSG, IE GLUTAMATE, comes from mushrooms , but how much is it concentrated, ? How much is it more like MSG like " autolyzed yeast "...

I disagree. Does dr axe sell supplements? If he does, maybe some of his supplements have natural flavors.
