For the hidden stairs, if it doesn't work, try putting one piece of redstone on top of the observer facing up next to the piston.

At the entrance of the stairs, why doesn't the piston leave the stairs in place? I am in bedrock and I have reviewed everything and I am not able to keep the second ladder in place, it would be very helpful ! Thanks for all those tips! I made that block swapper on my survival! Great job 🙌💙

Yoo the block swapper is sick! If you press the button rapidly the machine won't break!

On April Fools Day you can do the block swapper thing making one of the blocks gold or diamond, but the other two something like dirt, wool, or concrete labeled as plastic!
