You might wanna mention that the shielded cargo does not guarantee that the contraband won't be detected in the scan, it's just a % chance. You can increase that % chance by buying signal jammers as well, also from the ship guy at the Red Mile, or from the ship technician for the Crimson Fleet, if you join them. There are 3 varieties of Signal Jammer, each just being a little better than the last at making it harder to detect your contraband.

when you took a contraband does it necessary to move it to your ship cargo first?

So do you just put it in your normal cargo and it goes into the shielded on it's own?

problem I find is selling it! no one seems to be able to by the contraband, and even when they do they can't afford it
