I was in Colombia in the 90's, backpacking .There was this big news story about a woman getting caught on a flight to the US with a dead baby stuffed with coke .The flight crew got suspicious when they noticed that the baby didn't make a sound during the flight .I think that tops all of your examples and then some .

My sister was dating a man who would use women to smuggle drugs back and forth. One trip the women got nervous and refused to do it anymore so her boyfriend did it himself and when he got home he took a laxative. Laxatives ate through the balloons and he OD'd. I think that's like rule number one for mules but I could be wrong.

I was on a flight to LA and there was a guy next to me he looked like he was in real pain. throughout the flight he did not eat, maybe had the tiniest amount of water did not go to the toilet, he mostly slept throughout the flight. When we got off the flight looked like he was bustin to go do number 2. I'm very surprised he made it outside the airport if he was smuggling
