Documentation optimization gives time back to providers

Lakeland Regional Health providers can spend more time with their patients and families after a two-phase optimization project. Working with Cerner Continuous Improvement Delivery services, the health system adjusted workflows for specialty-specific positions and provided education on the best way to use the solutions.
