I believe Paul had a moment during this song. He wrote it for Linda who was really his world after the Beatles split. He did something quite uncharacteristic, he got off key and I swear his eyes looked misty to me and I expected him to break down and weep after he sang "believe me mama". It's the heart that artist put into their work that makes it so compelling to the rest of us and I do believe I just saw Paul's heart, his pain of loss for just a moment there.
