The Tempenny Tower quest is so jacked up lol, I know players usually avoid that quest because of karma loss, and Three Dog scolding you about Roy, never knowing the true side of the story.

What's crazy about helping the ghouls get in, is that even after you convinced everyone to let them in diplomatically, Roy double crosses everyone.
There was nothing righteous or innocent about him at all.

Too bad there wasn't an option to go to Three Dog and correct him, hearing a apology on GNR.

Other than that, I only do the quest for the caps, by ending Roy and Co.

I knew you could ask Manya who's in charge in Megaton and get different responses if both Moriarty and Simms are alive, if one or the other is alive, or if both of them are dead. But I had no clue you could literally usurp Simms as sheriff and have the other characters recognize you.

Hold on, not only did Roy kill the tenpenny residents after you told them everything will be fine when the ghouls came in, but he also sent messages telling other Ghouls to kill humans who know about the tower?
The fauck you mean I lose karma if I kill him after realizing this?!

Really wanted to settle most conflicts peacefully, that included the Tenpenny quest. Very disappointed to know that it ends in violence either way.

Crazy how much detail was poured in this game, considering it came in 2008, really gotta appreciate Fallout 3, truly genre-defining and a masterpiece for it's time.
Such a shame a good part of the fandom got psyop into hating this game nowadays, it still did a lot of things right despite it's flaws.

I really do like Ghouls and I feel bad for the prejudice they face but the Tenpenny Tower quest really went out of its way to try and make them look bad.
