OMG my JAW DROPPED when i saw what salon you went to because i went to the very exact same one 3 months ago and girl let me tell you... i had the exact same experience :(( I truly believe it's one of those places that only take you seriously if youre a high end celebrity or someone famous. I fell into the TikTok marketing as well. Ugh LA.

that's mortifying! The ends looked so dry in the pics and I see the discoloration. Rule of thumb, I always set my own timer on my phone, especially when they appear busy. You never know the headspace they are in and after years of getting my hair done, I know its process. Just remember that confidence comes from within...foster that more than anything and u will be able to overcome anything 💛

Ugh girl, I relate with hair care journey. I spent 17 years not knowing what to do with mine - it was fried, puffy & unruly. I had no knowledge and just trial & error several brands and steps to get to how mine is now. I have always wanted to change my hair colour but am very afraid to damage them (brings me bad nostalgic vibes). To change hair colour, I will need to bleach them badly since mine is naturally black 😢. It will be nice if you can post a dedicated video on how you take care of your bleached/coloured hair!! pleaseee pleasee 🥹🙏

Oh my!! I've cried when I went thru a hair disaster too. When I was blonde - my hair got fried many times and I was always scared to go to a new salon. It really plummeted my self esteem, I stopped taking photos of myself and felt too embarrassed to leave my house.. it was like that 😭I'm with a better hair stylist now and it's still a work in progress but my hair has come such a long way..
