People who give crap against Lexus should give them credit for being a smooth and comfortable ride, and that’s what most people want. I mean it’s a luxury SUV, and smoothness and comfort are the main things that Lexus achieved well. That’s how they built their reputation over 30 years ago.

Really insane how much power they can squeeze from a 4 cylinder from the last 10 years. One has to thank the Evo and STI for setting things off with special note to the four cylinder Lotus Espirit and Porsche 944 turbo from the 1980s. Thank you Kevin for the overview.

I purchased the 2023 premium nx 350AWD model in nori green. (No hybrids were available) I love it! I get about 24 miles per gallon. I use sport mode on the freeway to I don't get that hesitation when accelerating. The seats are different but just as nice, plush. Those door handles will come in handy if they prevent someone from hitting it. (it won't open) Lots of safety features. I have the pano roof and bird's eye camera. But no charger as it is optional. I am still recovering from the sticker shock. MSRP plus lots of add ons at the dealer. Brutal.

We have a 2022 350 FSport with 2 enhancement packs. By far the best car I have ever owned or driven! It is our 3rd Lexus..

Love how the taillights carry to the rear door. Lexus just hits it right when it comes to smooth, quiet, quality, and looking good. Love the paint, great review Kevin.

Thanks for the review i own the same model you used for the review, for anyone reading this ! This NX drives like a dream, I have to disagree with Kevin as far as the S+ mode, it does get stiff and performance excellent even in a high speed mode. I own one, I noticed what most people who do reviews on this particular model tend to forget to mention how you can also on your infotainment system customize your transmission to sport mode combined with S + mode watch out. 🏆

I'm getting mine in april! Unfortunately, Lexus dealerships here in the Philippines does not hold much stocks of the Lexus SUVs so I'm really in the waiting game. I'm getting the Nori green but this color is making me rethink my color choice! The Nori Green looks really nice tho but the Atomic silver is stunning! Great review tho! Makes me more excited to drive mine!

I don’t get the hybrid hype, I hate the stop start and the benefits don’t really out weigh the initial cost or the long term cost, battery replacement is expensive, I do like your reviews.

Great review Kevin! I feel like all the engines available for the NX are spot on, but huge mistake putting the same engines into the RX without beefing them up. 4 poppers are just not cutting it in such a big and heavy vehicle like the RX and everyone seems to be complaining about it. I see NX now outselling RX in the very near future, it's a great car, but I do hope they do away with the new steering wheel HUD controls, those are a deal breaker for me. Couldn't agree enough about the door handles, that is stupid tech that serves no real world benefit. Oh, and don't get me started on the horrendous piano black gloss plastic in the centre console, that was another big mistake that seriously needs to be changed back to the harder wearing and better looking matt plastics used in the previous gen NX.

I think the biggest problem with the NX is the fact that it's so loud compared to the RX

We get the 350h fsport with the enhancement pack 2.
Fully optioned.
Looking at the u.s. reviews it appears you don't get that model.
Just ordered one, 12-18 month wait.

I thought part of the reasons why Lexus implemented the electronic door lever was due to the door assist feature that keeps passengers from opening the doors onto pedestrians or oncoming traffic?

I liked the current gen Lexus NX when it first came out, however it was kind of getting overshadowed by the equally as new Genesis GV70 at the time, which I personally think is a much better value, especially when in comparison of performance. However I like the NX's exterior styling a little better. More than likely, the Lexus will hold up a little better in the long term, reliability and resale.

My father inlaw has a 22NX Fsport. Very fun to drive but a lil cramped interior for me. I prefer my 15RX350; just as fast, more room and simple gauges and buttons.

The car is gorgeous overall, but man, I wish the fuel economy were better. I have a CX-30 that hovers around the 210-250mi range on a full tank and it's terrible. Was hoping this could be my next car but not so sure.
