If Laragon doesn't let you change / reset password you can login using "root" as username and set a password by going to the "user account" tab. Select "root" user and "change password" on top.

cant reset mysql 8+ password therefore i can't log in, even the existing MySQL 5 when i reset the password and log in, as soon as i clikon anything i get disconnected
