I change mine every night… especially in warm weather… I don’t feel like I can relax if I wear ones I’ve already worn! And I’m a mum and do my own washing! 😆

I am a female and I definitely change my gown every night. I am not showering and putting on the same clothes. I do sweat at night and yes I shed skin cells. It's my personal choice! I shower in the morning and at night. We work, we have bowel movements, we sweat. Blessings to personal choices.🙏
