If I would add another step to the end of this lesson, it would be rushing notes/phrases. I hear many guitarists rush into a phrase. Especially when they wish to put a more shreddy idea as a climax. Often a guitarist forgets about musicality and wishes so much to end with a bang that their transition from melodic to shred could use attention. Great videos Bernth! I always learn lots!

Man I'm loving the videos. I'm a pretty advanced player and still find myself learning things from you. One thing you have, you explain/teach things in a way that it "clicks" with you every time. A lot of guitar teachers or instructors are good but they can't explain things to where they click with you and you have that eureka moment. I would say you have a gift for teaching my friend. I like to take a very unique approach and begin in a frenzied climax and then fade out in such subtle manner that people are awe struck at just how cleverly I’ve disappointed their initial expectations. I call it my anesthesia method. As though I’m putting you under for surgery. By the time you realize what’s happened, I’m long gone and you have thirty-six stitches in your head. Everything is fuzzy and some people are even crying.
