My boosted board is only 155 miles and it looks like it fought in world war 2

Dude I just hit the 120 mile mark on my board. I'm so glad you mentioned the reversible skid plates 😎👌🏼

haha, this is so helpful. It's a lot easier to clean than I thought it is. Now I just need a grip tape cleaner. Thanks for the tips :)

Bro I thought you were going to actually do some maintenance. You just looked at it and wiped it down lol.

I was looking to see about maintenance rather than cleaning. I thought I'd add what I have learned about belts & tires.

Braking taking way too long? Slow acceleration? Happened when a belt broke off completely, didn't even know I lost it.
Press each belt down they should feel stiff. I ran into a clicking sound when accelerating and decelerating turns out it was a worn out belt it was loose but still there.

Tires: Turns out tires can get loose. I just grabbed the tire with my hand and tried to wobble it. It shouldn't have any play. I tried to wobble the other tire for comparison. So far this has only happened on the front tire. I can't feel any play on the back tires with this method. I just tightened them all down when the first one was loose.

How far is your commute? Do you take it on a bus or train?
