"Word could not create the work file" error message when you save a document in Word 2013, Word 2010 or in Office Word 2007

Solution

Make sure all office software is shut down prior to following these steps.

Navigate to the following location:

1- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

2- Double-click the Cache registry entry, type the following in the Value data box, and then click OK: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files

Thanks it worked for me. For those who it did not work for, make sure you type in the exact path shown in the large blue box at the bottom of the video. The full path is not shown in the input box in the video. I was zoomed in on the video, so did not see the blue box at the bottom. Others may have same issue? Internet Files

i have problem with my ms excel 2016 . when i want to create a blank workbook an dialog box appear that ms excel cannot open or save any more document because there is not enough available memory or disk space . but i have lot of free space . plz do something

The change didn't work...do you replace Temporary Internet files with INETCache? With Temporary Internet Files in the string it doesn't work.

Solved the mircrosoft word problem, but immediately caused an itunes error. I could not start up itunes anymore. If your not using itunes maybe this is a good fix.
