Great info - What app to you like to use. Facetime seems a bit difficult for this program.

Great video series! Thank you for sharing this information. What type of notes are you taking while the client is doing the exercise? Form, pain, questions they ask etc. Do you share these notes with the client? Thank you :)

Thank you for this. For the documentation, is there a particular template you use to track your clients weights used and reps completed?

With your google docs, does the the client have access to all your notes?

Why in real time? That is exchanging time for money. Why you just deliver workout composed of different prerecorded exercises

I’ve been lifting for years. Learning from elite powerlifters and bodybuilders and have noticed a ton of trainers with terrible form and queue’s.

I thought I should get a cpt certification to make the world a better place to lift from a “prestigious” institution like NASM… now I’m realizing I made a huge monetary mistake.

I thought the overcomplicated nonsensical approach from small weak trainers were the outliers. I was wrong, what did I get myself into and how do I get into out?
