Where do you find him in the volcano manor? Can you find him even after the capital burns?

I cant seem to remove shield bash from dragonclaw shield. Any advice?

I meant can you put an ash of War on a weapon and then find another weapon and put an ash of war from the previous weapon? or do you have to buy another Ash of War put on the new weapon? Im new to the game so asking for some help 8)

Is it not possible to use "no skill" ash of war on the Visage Shield or Verdigris Greatshield?
