Lift Cheek Bones and Reduce Hollow Under Eyes: Lift Mouth Corners Techniques

In this Face Yoga class, I share with you an exercise that will help and encourage the mouth corners to lift UP I have shared this in a previous video actually years ago! But I have added to it slightly.

We work with the face muscles to strengthen the upper muscles of the mouth and cheeks to lift the corners of the mouth. The mouth corners tend to drop over time due to overworking lower face contraction and overworking.

This face yoga class will help lift the mouth corners and help with dropping sagging mouth corners. We then work to soften and massage the lower face muscles to loosen off any overworking muscles. In this face yoga video, I do point out a few other things that we may consider when performing the exercise and why I have changed it to support those who wish not to stretch the philtrum!
