How to get rid of mid cheek lines, eliminate mid cheek groove with Cheek lift exercise & massage

Let's get started
Step 1 Exercise

Place your hand over your ear and massage in circular motions for 20 seconds.
Put your hands over your lips and blow air 10 times.
Close your mouth, put your hand on the corner of your mouth, lift the corner of your mouth up 10 times.
Open your mouth and Lips in. Place your hands on the corners of your mouth and Lift 10 times.
Place your palms under both cheekbones. Place your elbows on the table and hold for 20 seconds.
Step 2 Massage

Apply eye cream under the eyes. Press lightly with your fingers and look upward, and lightly press the upper eye too.
Fingers holding the temples lifted up and use the other finger rub the under eye inward 10 times.
Do the other side as well
Use your index finger to massage the head of the eyebrow,
drag down the bridge of the nose and drag it out to the side.
Do 3-4 times.
Place your index finger beside the nostril. The other index fingers squeezed together and moved up and down.
Push it up to the temple 3 rounds.
do the other side as well
Place your hand on the bridge of your nose. Drag all your fingers to the temples. Do 3 rounds.
do the other side as well
Squeeze the cheekbones up and go down to the lower jaw 3 times
do the same on the other side
Done, do it 1-2 times a day on a daily basis.
