Christian woman here… I was raised in an evangelical, fundamentalist home. AND I find the Christian Nationalist movement to be revolting and hypocritical, damaging to the teachings and mission of Jesus, ignorant, and DANGEROUS. They have lost their way!

On behalf of all Christians who lead with love and compassion, I grieve. I grieve that these acolytes are hurting our nation, and the people that Jesus loves (which is everyone…even the assholes), and they’re making Jesus look bad.

I am frightened. Love one another and lift each other up. Look for the helpers, and be alert for those who intend harm. And… remember who you are. ❤
