investigate a wide range of possible factors which may be causing children to be admitted to hospital with liver inflammation known as hepatitis

One of the possible causes that we are investigating is that this is linked to adenovirus infection

However, we are thoroughly investigating other potential causes

Normal hygiene measures such as good handwashing, including supervising children,

and respiratory hygiene, help to reduce the spread of many of the infections that we are investigating.

We are also calling on parents and guardians to be alert to the signs of hepatitis,

including jaundice, and to contact a healthcare professional if they are concerned

My 25 year old niece had elevated LFTs after her second dose. Her doctor was totally dismissive about it. Her hair fell out. She developed a mood disorder. Doctors were no help at all. None of them would even consider linking it to the injections. How can we trust anything any more? My husband started with pain in the legs and had difficulty walking a couple of days after his first AstraZeneca vaccine. His urine turned a dark reddish brown & he ended up in hospital on a drip for 10 days with acute hepatitis. The docs said if he’d delayed a couple of days longer it would have been very serious indeed! He’s now part of a study with others who had the same reaction to the vaccine.

I'd like to understand how it's widely accepted that myocarditis can be vaccine related, yet other forms of inflammation like liver, lung, and nerve are not. What is it about cardiac cells in particular that makes them susceptible?

We were in emerg over christmas and waiting for a doc, all of a sudden a 8 yr child is rushed in with liver failure, he got vaxxed the day before, so it took us 8 hrs to get looked at for a broken bone... But we were horrified what happened, the dad was saying totally healthy child and now this, so we just kept quite and prayed for the kid and waited, they were still there when we left.

This was discussed weeks ago as an issue to the vaccine. Researchers found the vaccine spike protein integrates with liver cells and caused autoimmune disease and Hepatitis. They strongly suggested that further research was needed on this. The study was in a lab, not in actual humans.

My neighbor had this 2-3 days after he got his second Moderna shot. 30 year old, male, healthy athlete. Said it was the sickest and most pain he’d ever experienced - and he’s a tough guy. Doctors claimed to be mystified and didn’t even mention the vaccine as a potential cause.

Family member had autoimmune hepitits after vax. She was non drinker, no precon, low risk. Week in hospital and still being tracked. Her specialist says he has never seen so many low risk patient suddenly infected with hepitits in his life before. You work it out.

I had childhood hepatitis 55 years ago and I still remember the painful liver to this day. I was really ill with it, so I hope for the best for today's little ones.
