I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to call this a giveaway if you have to purchase something from your store! You may want to check the rules/regulations in regards to this but I am almost 100% positive that you’re not allowed to do this at least in the way that you’re calling it a giveaway because it’s really not… Not trying to be rude or rain on your parade I just know that recently I recall seeing something very similar transpire via YouTube and the channel getting in trouble for their "giveaway"Just a heads up I believe you may want to check like the FCC rules or something along those lines as far as what you are and aren’t allowed to do in regards to a giveaway...
