Actualmente layer 7 no funciona para QoS debido al protocolo QUIC.
Hago match en el mangle usando el udp para el puerto 80 y 443 y todo bien, pero cuando agrego el Layer 7 a la regla para un servicio en específico (youtube, facebook, etc), deja de funcionar. Mis reglas de regex del L7 están bien, ya lo verifiqué en varios probadores en linea, pero no funciona.

En navegadores chrome está la opción de deshabilitar el QUIC y cuando se hace el QoS funciona perfectamente. Sin embargo, en los celulares no funciona.
