DPRK top leader Kim Jong Un calls for efforts to repair typhoons' damage

Wednesday marks the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Chinese President Xi Jinping has congratulated the country's top leader Kim Jong Un. The #DPRK is recovering from three typhoons in the past month while keeping its guard against COVID-19. State media said Kim has called for efforts to rebuild houses and restore roads and railways by October 10, which marks the founding of the ruling Workers' Party. He has targeted the year's end to complete all repairs.

I am still not convinced that Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is still alive or not..until then the coverage of using old footage of him can't be proof that he is. Where is he? Who's in charge?

Lies not real video copy of same video posted by DPRK state media about 3 or 4 months ago with different commentary dubbed over it. Still haven't heard Kim's real voice in about 4 months, funny they stopped playing it, even in this video...considering Kim hasn't had issues in the past year or so with letting his voice be heard.
