See this kind of inefficiency is exactly why MY company set aside a week to write up the color policy we’re to follow for all official work emails and presentations.

Now they only have to update the colors with every quarterly rebrand

I’ve watched my wife be a UX designer at a number of big name tech companies. The one thing that is consistent is that 90% of the people at these companies are hanging on by a thread and have no idea what they’re doing.
