County-by-county look at Tropical Storm Debby ahead of Florida impacts

The far outer rainbands from Tropical Storm Debby are sweeping across the Tampa Bay region as the system pushes into the Gulf of Mexico, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Forecasters anticipate Debby will reach Category 1 hurricane strength upon approach to the Big Bend region of Florida late Sunday into early Monday morning.

Tropical Storm Debby has maximum sustained winds of 40 mph and is located about 100 miles west-southwest of Key West, Florida. It is moving to the northwest at 14 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center's latest update.

Prayers for those in path of landfall. If theres anything we can get from this storm, it's that landfall will be during daylight hours and not in the middle of the night.
