Hey all. These are 3 early DLC weapons you can find in Shadow of the Erdtree, and how to run them as fun bleed dexterity builds! These are my top 3 I've found so far, and honestly, they're all fun and powerful. We've got a long way to go and a lot of builds to cover, can't wait!!

Found these backgand blades early last night. Lots of fun. Kinda remind me of some of the dark souls 3 twinblades. Default version of them seems to stagger normal enemies often.

I used your faith build until I got to Messmar and respec to strength build starfist to beat him. Worked well and most people have said he is the 2nd hardest boss in the DLC. Thx for all the great build ideas!

Black Steel Greathammer is an absolute beast! Unique guard counter is a nice addition.

Beastclaw is easily the strongest weapon i found up until now, and yes it's better than the martial arts by miles

Wouldn't Beast Claw do better with a strenght focused build? Putting it on 'Heavy' gives is A-scaling for strength, whereas 'Keen' gives is B-scaling for Dex.

Backhand blades are one of the coolest weapons in the whole game

Blasphemous Blade knockdown effect still works, I have been obliterating bosses. The think PvE knock down effect only got nerfed.

Bro is sleeping on Bleed Pata Cragblade. It did 18K on Dancing Lion opening phase at NG+2

Nice guild. But I just wondering why do you choose backhand sword in keen rather than bleed form?

Ye I found the black steel great hammer and beast claws and can't wait to see them in action on some of my other characters but unfortunately having to wait till next play through 😢 but what an awesome dlc I think it still has that exciting and magnetic feel just like the original excellent, 👍💯

Are there any builds that are gonna have a hard time with the DLC?

Ex: boss that has 99.9999% magic resistance, boss that punishes melee builds, etc
