According to some sources, they are both living individual lives at the moment. But the real question is why? Why did Ben leave Jennifer? That clip of that comment he gave on that show was very relatable— I TOTALLY understand his desire of wanting to do what he does, be good at it, but be separate from the “celebrity” part of it. While I’ve never been in such a position regarding celebrity, I understand just wanting to do your part & not be seen/heard from outside of that. It’s a struggle for people who don’t want to be revered, seen, heard, questioned, intruded upon, etc. outside of your work/contributions to a thing. So I sincerely get his struggle.
The issue is, he REALLY should take a page from some other celebs & date/ marry OUTSIDE of Hollywood. Many celebs, especially men, live quiet, private lives for the most part. He chooses women in his industry who has as much fame as him (or more in JLo’s case), pulling him into unwanted spaces. He needs to make these factors part of his compatibility assessment when choosing a partner (especially to marry). But before all else, he REALLY needs to get sober for good— can’t have any successful relationship with an addiction in the way.
