I think what's much more likely is that Ben knew where JLo kept her love letters (I save all of mine in a box) and put them together in an album for her for Christmas. Maybe he had some e-mail's he sent her in his drafts or saved in an e-mail folder and included those. I seriously doubt he made copies 20 years ago in order to get with J.Lo now.

2nd point - no one knows the dates on those letters and whether any came from when he was with Jen Garner. If some of them did, who cares? So his ex-wife is gonna be mad at him 😂?
