I needed this stretch. I bought a foam roller years ago and have never really used it. This video was so informative. I would say my quads and T-Band was the tightest. Thank you!

Sydney did a live stretch in the sydney squad with the foam roller and I had FOMO. I was primarily foam rolling at the gym but after that live, I caved and bought an amazon basic one. One of the best ways to recover IMO!!!

So happy that I found you. I'm almost 63 and have given up on my bikini model career and am concentrating on mobility and flexibility. My daily routine consists of 20 - 30 minutes of low impact cardio followed by 20 minutes of stretching or foam rolling. I so appreciate that you have a good number of those types of workouts.
