Hello Cyberji, I'm sure you know the feeling of jealousy. the unpleasant feeling that we feel when we feel fearful of losing someone that is very important to us. So, can we consider jealousy as a sign of love in a relationship ?

We can define jealousy as the desire to protect a relationship that we value. as long as it's addressed thoughtfully, it can be considered normal. However, irrational jealousy can be destructive and destroy the relationship that we value.

You are really very good at explaining pathological jealousy its symptoms and origin as well as the ailments you receive both physical and mental.
In our modern society the smart phone and the internet has certainly brought a high excess of this pathology in all of us, I think that when we were not in the digital age a physical and mental pressure from the multimedia control of our phone did not exist and we did not have these problems .
I too happened to be under the microscope and monitored like a spy by every message or comment or trail I left. As you well said, jealousy is physiological when you love and there is a couple relationship, but when the balance hangs in the non-neutral direction or out of balance, a "war" begins which, as you explain, eventually leads to violence of all kinds .
The worst can even lead to death in many cases and I often read news of this kind today.
An old famous song was called "Too Much Love Kills You" and still the digital age had not arrived.
Maybe sometimes we should take an example from the animal way where there is love but no pathological jealousy.
