Let's allow passengers to carry loaded gun on plane because some believe it's not the gun fault. Let's see if they are able to censor and ban the bad guy with gun from boarding the plane as they said, the problem is on the person, not the gun. If you all can agree on no passenger(bad nor good person) is allowed to carry gun on board, why not you all agree on gun control in the community?

It could be interesting to compare the prevalence of mental illness with the number of mass shootings in USA. In Texas, Wyoming, California and many other states where mass shootings occured, adults have higher prevalence of mental illness and lower rates of access to care. The state prevalence of untreated adults with mental illness ranges from 42.6% in Vermont to 60 % in Texas. The problem of mass shootings is a major social and mental health problem. Easy access to arms in these states is one factor among others that explain mass shootings. Since 2013, the growth rate of mass shootings in USA is increasing. Over the next few years, governments will have to deal with this increasing if they dont adopt social and mental health programs and establish a culture of gun safety. (Reduce firearm access to youth and individuals who are at risk of harming themselves or others.
Hold the gun industry accountable and ensure there is adequate oversight over the marketing and sales of guns and ammunition. Engage responsible gun dealers and owners in solutions.
Insist on mandatory training and licensing for owners. Require safe and secure gun storage.
