so, we all know that laser is light based, produced by diodes... we can also guess that it's the energy aspect of light that's at work, since.. well, that's what light is anyway, a form of energy. we can guess too that the light is used not just to make it brighter in the room but to penetrate... and of course it wouldn't be needed to just penetrate, as a bright light through superficial skin layers, so we can also guess that it's goal is to get to the cellular level of the muscle/tendon tissues, etc... but you leave out something really KEY here in your explanation. HOW does it work? HOW does it decrease pain? HOW does it decrease scar tissue? HOW does it "speed up" healing time? You haven't actually told us anything.

You should do videos on all the ET modalities eg Cryo, shortwave, ultrasound, shockwave.. I think that would help your clients and students in this field quite a bit

How effective is a handheld laser like MIDCARE 904 compared to this one? Does a handheld do any good at all ?
