I was always skeptical about laser caps but if these guys endorse them, I'm in.

I just want to create this post in hopes it may help others, particularly females with androgenetic alopecia. I was diagnosed with it January of 2022, and purchased the "The Original LaserCap" at the higher end, with 224 laser diodes; the LaserCap HD. Mind you this cap cost me thousands. I used it religiously 3x a week at the same time at every session. I want to tell you that after a year of using it, I noticed NO change, and continue to have shedding. Therefore, no, it does not always work (even expensive ones) for females, or anyone in general, and purchasing this may or may not give you the results you hoped for. Thank you for listening!

Best hair loss podcast on YouTube. Thank you! You mentioned 30 min per session 3 times per week. The Rx version of the Capillus is timed at 3 min - which is said by the manufacturer to be sufficient. The model you showed on the pod cast looks the same as mine - therefore that system would have to be cycled 10x per treatment to reach 30 min. The battery is not designed for that amount of time nor do I think the manufacturer recommends it. Could you clarify ?

Hair Max 272 Flex Cap does a good job. It's on the pricier side but worth the money. My husband and I have been using it for two years and will continue.

Amazing channel. Incredibly informative and helpful for me to make informed decisions about what treatment is right for me. Thank you Doctors!

If you use a laser cap, will your hair block the lasers from reaching your scalp? I would expect it to be similar to getting a tan when you go outside on a sunny day. The sunlight would tan your face, but your scalp wouldn't tan because it's blocked by your hair. Do people with a shaved head or buzz cut experience better results from LLLT?

Kindly make a video on lifestyle changes (diet, exercise etc.) you'd like to recommend for those suffering from hairloss. That'd be very helpful coming from you two. Thanks.

I spent $1400 on my lazer cap and it works great. I noticed my hair was turning light brown and not growing on top. I started to use this lazer cap from irestore . The thing I noticed first was the color of my hair getting dark and thick. After a year use it stabilized my hair ..so then I added supplements to my routine. I've been able to bring back 40% of my hair and I'm not balding anymore.

I used iRestore for close to 8 months.
I saw no difference. The difference I noticed was that it made each of my hair to prevent from falling. I sometimes would scratch my scalp and will see a lot of hair falling off.

After the 8 months of wearing the helmet, I scratched my scalp and noticed no hair fell off my head.

It did not make my hair grow but made it more resilient. Of course I am also over 55 years old so that could also be a factor.

I used my first pay check on the laser hair max comb. Used it for 2 years religiously every other day. Zero results

Thank you for this!! There is so much garbage out there by companies who just want to push their products. Can you do a follow-up on which ones you would recommend, specs (i.e. output ranges from 560 mW to 1360 mW and I'm not sure how much difference that makes, the number of lasers, mix of lasers and LEDs like iRestore)?
