Bedside to Webside: Optimizing the Telehealth Experience

This session explores the question, “how do we continually improve this component of care delivery?” by examining “webside manner”. In an era in which physicians are increasingly tasked to conduct non-traditional visits, while receiving a small bit of training on the subject; this area is important to long-term patient experience success and the success of the telehealth model at-large. As the industry continues to evolve, the patient experience will become intrinsically linked to areas like “webside manner”, making applicable training essential for all providers.
