She does it different every event and time she goes out. Fun fact, eyeliner is one of the very few make up she wears, as she previously stated that she doesnt like make up. She likes to be more real. She did her face with sun screen appereantly. Love the look, but that is just make up from 1 picture. She wears it different anytime and noone in the world can look like her. She is truly unique.
