I'm happier working at home than I am in the office. I don't have to deal with traffic (a big cause of my stress/anxiety), I have more time in the day to work out (3 hours of my day are spent simply getting ready for work/commuting), and I don't get frustrated with other people. Only downside is that I can't hang out with friends but we have a PS4. This life was meant for introverts

as an autistic person, the breach in my routine has taken a huge toll on my mental health, im not great with changes at all and seeing everything and everyone change so drastically and quickly has made me have multiple breakdowns and dissociative episodes, i already struggle with daily life a lot and these changes, although they are needed to deal with the pandemic and i understand that, are making just getting out of bed in the morning a lot harder

i never really realized that this many people can't stay home this long without going baseline crazy while me and some others could keep on going forever.

Depression and anxiety are rising like crazy. Suicide rates are almost sky rocketing. Even for people who aren’t working in hospitals, dr offices, etc.

I’m perfectly fine never stepping into an office again TBH, I’m more productive and much more comfortable at home.

Mine improved simply because of getting away from toxic office politics and not having to commute, if it were not for the need for money and the stress of worrying I would never go back. Most of these jobs are soul draining and cause mental health issues that are hard to shake.

I got fired because I was waking up with physical symptoms of depression. I checked my self in for feeling beat to death every day and depression was what they highlighted. I was literally fixing to start my new life and enrolled in school, living in dorms than the virus hit. Now I’m forced to work these dead end jobs.
