Mine works normal at a stand still but once I start driving i cant only turn about 20 degrees in either direction. No videos have covered my problem

I have the opposite where the in game steering wheel will rotate to 900 degrees while mine is set to 180. I've tried to set mine to 900 but it doesn't work no matter what I do. Do you know how to fix it?

I have a similar problem with a logitec g pro wheel in ACC only. I tried changing the lock degrees in acc setting and in wheel settings nothing works the car in the "wheel view shows as the wheel is turned to max in one side. How do i fix that. There doesnt seem to be a neutral position.
