Listen. If you feel insecure, just remember that you are not alone ❤️
And that we have genetics, body shape, face shape, etc. if your hungry, eat, if your full, don't eat, listen to your body, no need to listen to people that body shames you, but still think about their opinion (family/bff) because there are times that could get you to have health problems. A tip for you is to be confident, it may be hard so i suggest you to make a step by step progress, looking at yourself in the mirror to not caring about looks, try not to also get overwhelmed because of them.
And avoid getting tooo confident,
There's a difference between confident and arrogant. I honestly got insecure too, my brother calling me fat and ugly, i just try not to think about it. And my parents are kind of saying that too, so i think i need to do something about it, then. Whenever i look myself at the mirror, at first i don't like it much but i got used to it and started to love my body :)(still not that confident tho lol)
