In my experience, 2 months as a noobie to see genuine growth. 6 noobie months minimum to see muscle detailing, muscle insertions, fascinating strength increase, size etc. The best advice is to just trust the process and train hard each session

Being in that mindset is very crucial to avoid impatience and frustration, and to stay consistent as well. This way of thinking is more sustainable in the long run and it basically applies anywhere in life, as per "Atomic habits" by James Clear :" Focus on the system, not on the goal"

I remember a quote about working out and eating healthy and moderation. You built your body fat for 20-30 years so you cannot expected to lose them in 2-3 months.

I’m 2 months in and I can see the changes. Not that I’ve turned into young Brock Lesnar in two months, but for someone who has been so passive for the last 6-7 years, I’m doing way better than I thought I will when I finally started going to the gym. The results I’m talking about are: I’m way stronger now, my back is wider and I can see a bit if that V shape, my arms are bigger and a bit defined etc. But yeah you can see and feel the progression that you’ve made, by both looks and strength and the only part that I’m still struggling with is my chest. I’ve progressed there too, but compared to everything else, I’m way behind in both looks and strength.

Started seeing some gains after 2 months. And seeing noticeably gains after 3 months.
If you workout consistently with a fixed schedule. You should experience similar results.

Ya won't wake up one day jacked and lean, but ya will have moments over time where ya catch your arm at an angle and realize it didn't look that way 3 months ago or that your shirt is tighter in the chest and arms than it used to be and/or looser in the mid section. It's little things like that but they're mad rewarding and push ya to stay at it. But ya start to feel better long before ya start to look better and between that and your health there's no other motivation required for me.

I go to the gym to get exercise because I had a sedentary lifestyle prior. It's only been a month and I can already see and feel the results. I can see I gained strength and better daily mood and mental health. I also see that I gained a bit of muscles and I only see that as a bonus.

The health & the good feeling when you work out are the main focus. The gains are just bonus. Stay strong & keep exercising, Kings & Queens 💪🗿👍

I "trusted the process" for damn near a year. Strength is the same. Weight is the same. Nothing has changed. only thing i lost is time. Only thing i gained is depression.

It took 1 year for me to see a significant change without cheating (no protein powder, pre work, injections, etc). So, you must be patient and tolerant to see results

Hey man, I started going to gym at September and I found your channel 2 weeks ago, watched bunch of your shorts to correct my movements. I gave up workout for few times before and the reason is the same, it's because I don't see results on my physique. But this time, I'm gonna enjoy going to the gym since I've got much more time to workout after I entered university this year.🔥🔥☝️

My goal for a year was to do pullups. And i achieved three pullups by the end of the year. It felt amazing. Went from 40kg lat pulldowns to 65kg for reps. And ofc 3 pullups from none 😊😊

If your all natural, it'll take, 2-3 yrs to get good result IF you're hitting the gym 3-5x a week with good nutrition and proper rest cycle. If your on steroids, 1 year is enough. Sad but true
