My sleep is disrupted because I had poor orthodontic work as a child and my mollars do not align causing me to shift my mouth from side to side all night and grinding my teeth all night unable to relax the jaw and sleep it was diagnosed as sleep obstruction apnea as well as tongue being in the throat.

My breaths become very shallow with cpap. They go in and out and in out, huff and puff which leads to chest pain in my sternum. The pain goes away a week without cpap. When I am awake I can do yoga and take in long inhalations and hold and long exhalations and hold.

I am thinking I may need bipap but the place I went for blames me for being the problem which is probaly true. Thats why I needed cpap in the first place. I have a new MD who uses cpap himself and he is going to try to help with my cpap machine settings. And he recommended a new full face mask.
